My family & I have had many experiences with realtors in the past, but Kim is truly one of a kind & amazing at her craft. After relocating from California to Florida to be closer to more family, Kim’s communication was wonderful throughout the whole process, even talking for several months before we made the move to get the understanding of Florida real estate. We arrived and met with her the following week in person and looked at houses. I was impressed with her professionalism & wisdom of the areas/homes we looked at. I would recommend her 100%. Truly thankful for her and the people in her corner like Sally Vance who helped with our loan, was there for us every step of the way like Kim and communicated just as well🙏🤞🏼
