So when I decided I wanted to sell my house I called Joyce as she was the only person I had any relationship with .. It turns out Joyce was the absolute best choice for me .. I was selling the house in Florida and living in canada so I could not contribute in any physical way in its preparation .. Joyce did everything to help .. and I mean everything !! AC replacement (multiple quotes) Screen repair ( made all the arrangements) Fridge replacement ( made all the arrangements) Misc other small details to help the house show well . So is short .. Joyce showed great personality traits .. the most important one , I feel , is being honest and being trustworthy !! Thank you Joyce !!

Tiffany and I have had some good and bad luck with our experience. The original home I was to purchase fell through due to the age of the manufactured housing, nothing we did. We then tried searching for rentals and that was an absolute bust due to price, location, or the place was just yucky. In my frustration I asked her about the place that I own now. She let me know I am still qualified for my VA loan, she set things up and we went and viewed the place. I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase, although the HOA has given her and I grief, but she continued to stay on hold until we could get a person with a pulse to finally pick up a phone and answer it. Highly recommend her to have your back!!!

Nicky is an amazing and talented professional. Very prompt and extremely knowledgeable, she patiently helped me throughout the entire process of choosing and buying proprieties for friends who were abroad.
