I met Joyce a few years ago in passing but never had the opportunity to work with her . So when I decided I wanted to sell my house I called Joyce as she was the only person I had any relationship with .. It turns out Joyce was the absolute best choice for me .. I was selling the house in Florida and living in canada so I could not contribute in any physical way in its preparation .. Joyce did everything to help .. and I mean everything !! AC replacement (multiple quotes) Screen repair ( made all the arrangements) Fridge replacement ( made all the arrangements) Misc other small details to help the house show well . So is short .. Joyce showed great personality traits .. the most important one , I feel , is being honest and being trustworthy !! Thank you Joyce !!
