Tiffany and I have had some good and bad luck with our experience. The original home I was to purchase fell through due to the age of the manufactured housing, nothing we did. We then tried searching for rentals and that was an absolute bust due to price, location, or the place was just yucky. In my frustration I asked her about the place that I own now. She let me know I am still qualified for my VA loan, she set things up and we went and viewed the place. I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase, although the HOA has given her and I grief, but she continued to stay on hold until we could get a person with a pulse to finally pick up a phone and answer it. Highly recommend her to have your back!!!

I was a foreign investor from Canada purchasing into the Florida market as an income property as well as a vacation home for my family. Prior to this I have only had real estate experiences in Canada. Tiffany was professional and helpful right from the beginning. We did not have the best purchasing experience in the Florida market but none of that was to do with the support from Tiffany throughout. We put multiple offers in throughout the process and many went without response or communications from the sellers real estate agents. Tiffany always responded to our inquiries at all hours of the day and on weekends. She bent over backwards to seek information from unprofessional and non responsive real estate agents we were dealing with that we were trying to purchase property from. When we finally entered into a purchase agreement being a foreign buyer led to issues with financing popping up late in the purchase process. Tiffany was prompt flexible and professional in helping us overcome and work through those issues. Her dedication ultimately led to the successful purchase of an income/vacation property that works for our family.
