We found Cristian by luck with a random Realtor.com request, and we couldn’t have been more blessed with such a great realtor! We moved from out of state, and Cristian was very patient with us and took the time we needed to find the perfect house. He was honest and helpful in all of the video showings we did with him. After many, many, many showings we are now in our forever home. If you want a great realtor, Cristian is your guy!

Susan helped me when I bought the property in 2003, and sorted every single thing for me...from getting a mortgage, to opening a bank account etc etc. I am from the UK so needed her guidance. The service I received was excellent, so when I decided to sell the house in 2020 I hoped and prayed that Susan's business was still operating in these challenging times....luckily, and to my relief I was able to use Susan again. Susan and her team went the 'extra mile' to secure a sale very quickly, and when the first sale fell through at the last minute Susan found another buyer very quickly and arranged for some fairly significant issues to be sorted out with the house to satisfy the buyers bank (as per the inspection report). Without Susan's prompt action...and always with a positive attitude, I am sure the house sale would not have gone through. Every aspect of my dealings with Susan have been excellent, with me always being 100% up to date on the status of the sale. Nothing was too much trouble for Susan and her team...and when the first sale fell through, Susan's positive attitude picked me up at a low point of the process. If i could give 6 stars out of 5 I would !!!
