This is the second time around I have use Virgen's services as a Realtor - she helped me purchased my first home 5 years ago which we just sold, and now we I am in the process of buying my second home.

She worked tirelessly day and night whenever needed to ensure we could visit houses, make offers, and meet any and all deadlines during the mortgage process. She went above and beyond to really understand our wants in the new house and provide as many options as possible. We truly could not have undergone and finished this entire homebuying process without her help and guidance!

Funding a home was a bit of a struggle, I had another experience with another realtor previous to meeting Cristian and it wasn't pleasant to say the least, we were under contract and I almost lost my escrow, but once I found Cristian, all the process was great, the home had a lot of work to do, and desling with the sellers was a lot easier with him on my side, will always recommend him
