We are a couple in our 60’s and 70’s. The winters in both places we were living became intolerable! Between Denver, London and Indiana we were done with snow and grey skies. We ventured to this area and were introduced to Niel Allen, who provided the most top notch service and communication. It took well over a year of hunting around the St Pete area until we found an absolute gem of a house. It will be our main residence and we had a lot of specifics/wishes for our dream home. Niel was available around the clock when we were living in London, sending viable listings and hopping on the phone to discuss options and help us become more familiar with the neighborhoods we were drawn to. We have started moving in and Niel is continuing to provide help with finding local service providers or any other questions we have. Between the two of us we’ve bought and sold over 10 homes collectively. Nothing came close to working with Niel!

She guided me through an entire process of buying a home in FL. A state in which I do not reside in. My rating of her is A+ in what she does. She has the highest of my recommendation.

Dinah was phenomenal from beginning to end. She helped navigate my family and I through the entire process. Everytime I felt overwhelmed she was there to calm my fears. I highly recommend Dinah.

With the house only for sale literally for a few days and the sign of the yard for 2 days and sold it, I think they did pretty good. Lanny
