Cheryl was an excellent Realtor! She was referred to me by my loan office and I'm glad she was. Cheryl knew exactly what I was looking for and understand my price range and personal situation. She used that information to provide me with a number of properties to review. When it came to scheduling tours, she was very flexible with time and dates. Most of all, she was very honest and straightforward with her assessment of the properties, which I appreciated as a first time homebuyer. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, listen to and responded to my concerns, and didn't get discouraged when I made some tough decisions in my process. Mario Renato Mario is a person of many qualities. We were house hunting here in Florida and he help us on many ways.
