I thought Linda's skills and knowledge were known to me for the last 20 years. However, I was not aware of the depth of her knowledge until we were actively looking for a property. Her ability to clarify the property's report was extremely helpful. Linda's personality was so cheerful and she has such a great sense of humor, that the task of looking at houses went more speedily and pleasant than I would have thought.

Susan was always available when we had questions or concerns. She helped us from the beginning of our search for a new home, and continues to be there even after we closed. She helped with recommendations for the financing and inspections. She went above and beyond what our expectations were in a Real Estate Agent. We would never have been able to find our dream home without her knowledge and help.

Gale was our agent when we moved to the area and we chose to hire her again when we decided to sell our property. Gale was always highly responsive throughout the entire process. Gale provided guidance on a variety of subjects and with her help we were able to maximize the sale price. Gale supported us with finding floor cleaners on short notice, staging the house, and photography and videos of the house for a high quality listing. We had already moved over an hour away, so it was great to have Gale local to show the house and be available for any urgent needs. The house was under contract within the first two weeks and closing went smoothly. We had a great experience working with Gale and recommend her to others!

We had two separate realtors before working with Garrett (Kenneth). They were all gung-ho to help us, they would send us a bunch of listings, and then never follow up with anything. So weird and frustrating. Then we decided to try again and found Garrett. He immediately gathered info about the properties we were interested in and answered all our questions in a couple days, not weeks. And as a local with a lot of connections, he was able to get a few things estimated and fixed for us and the sellers to keep things moving after inspection. If it wasn't for Garrett we may have missed out on the property we really wanted and now own! Thanks again!
