Joan Manganaro and Cheyenne Watson are the best realtors I have ever worked with. They go the second and third mile. When we bought our first condo in River Cove Landing we were supposed to be meeting another realtor from Zillow. He never showed. Joan came and showed us the unit which we purchased. She has now shown us a second condo that we loved and purchased and she is listing our other condo and one we have in the Islands that is being renovated after the flood. She assists with moving, repairs and even did a walkthrough with my wife at the condo being renovated. I will never use another realtor group.

I found Ariya by accident while searching for my new home. He was able to put my husband and I at ease through the new home construction process. We definitely had issues pop up during it and especially at the last minute which without Aryia, we might not have been able to move in on time. He is somebody you need in your corner throughout this experience whether it is a long or short process. Ariya was able to give us everything we asked for in a timely manner. Our experience with Cindy was nothing less than exceptional. We were living in Illinois and purchasing a home in Florida and Cindy made the process super easy. She would go and video properties for us if we couldn't make it down right away to view a property.
