Bethany was our agent for the recent purchase of our new home in Leesburg, FL. She made herself available on very short notice to view any house we requested to see. We felt that she was very knowledgeable about the local market and real estate purchases/sales in general. She was there to help us through a very tough situation with our sellers' family. I truly do not know where to begin. I was looking to purchase my first home (I was lost as to where to begin) and I asked my friend for a recommendation, and he informed me that Greg helped him with his home purchase, so I figured I’d give Greg a shot. From the first point of contact all the way through closing, and even after that, Greg has consistently remained the most attentive, professional, and courteous representative I’ve ever dealt with, from ANY company. (BMW has great service, and I thought that was the best until I’ve worked with Greg) he has made this process one of the most easiest things I’ve done in my life, and I guess buying a house really can be simple as long as you are equipped with a realtor that knows the inns and out of every little thing you could possibly think of. I’m so happy with my new house, and it’s all because Greg made it happen. If Greg was a lawyer, I’d hire him because of how sharp and precise he is in his explanations, his swift responses, and expedited services. On a scale of 1-10, overall, I’d give Greg a 20. HIGHLY Recommended!

To give a bit of background, we came up to Mount Dora to see a house that Marty was the listing agent for. We did not like the house, but we were like, she is so helpful, and we decided to have her represent us in our search for a house. After one house that did not go through, with no fault of agent, we finally found our vacation home and Marty was there to guide us in the entire process. We are looking forward to hopefully buy another house in the near future, and we will be most definitely using Marty Goff!
