If I were to recommend an Agent in the Tampa Bay area, Valerie Gerbus would be my #1 choice. I live out of state and purchased a property in Tampa, and her efforts to coordinate all the activities on my behalf went well beyond expectations. She worked incredibly well with my family members, and when there were issues with the mortgage company, she intervened in a way that saved the deal. Had she not assisted, it's possible that the deal wold not have been finalized. I cannot thank her enough for the work she did on this deal, I truly appreciate her getting us to the finish line.
