The first week we had several offers. I was out of the country for a month and michael handled everything for me and I mean EVERYTHING, From advertising with fantastic day and night pictures to walking each prospective buyer through the property explaining the house property and neighborhood. we accepted a full price offer and moved forward. While we were out of town michael stood by for fhe inspection ordered and monitored repairs scheduled a closing giving us time to get back and move our furniture.
