We started the the process of selling our home in early 2025 in Riverview, FL. It had been over 19 years since we entered this arena of selling and buying a home. The added circumstances of relocating out of state played a significant part in the process. Bridget stepped in and guided us step-by-step from cradle to grave. From our first sit down, in our kitchen, Bridget brough a detailed game plan to the table. Bridget brings a personalized approach with true market knowledge and honesty. This was a complex move for us with part of the family relocating out of state for work, the remaining half still in the Riverview house due to work and kicking off the process. Bridge was there to assist in every way possible. Not just marketing (advertisements / photos / research / comps) the home but aiding help to secure moving supplies, guidance on refreshing the house and landscape while preparing to go to market. There was a real sense of humanity and care. Bridget laid out an effective sales process that led to our home being sold in a timely manner. This was a time when not many homes were selling in our area due to saturation of vacant homes – especially with new subdivisions. Bridget helped make our home stand out. This is where her market expertise was a gamechanger and she put us right in the sweet spot to sell our home, while other homes were getting passed over on a regular basis. Trust the process!!! When under contract, the rest of the family already relocated out of state. The home sat vacant and Bridget made sure to always check on it, giving us a sense of comfort. Purchasing and selling a home can be stressful, however Beth Ann made the process more tolerable. She handled the entire process with absolute professionalism. She stayed on top of all the timelines and deadlines. Everything from professional pictures of my house to getting my house sold within one week of the listing hitting the MLS.
