We chose Roseann not just from a referral but also because of her connections. We didn’t realize just how important her connections would be, given that we were selling a house in Florida while living in New York. Roseann acted as a general contractor to hire a her contacts with a roofer, a handyman, a painter, an HVAC contractor, a pool repairman, an electrician, a golf cart salesperson, and a team of gardeners in order to get the house in a like new condition and find a buyer and take care of anything noted from the buyers inspection - all of her connections charged half of what I expected. I honestly do not think any other realtor would have acted as a general contractor to this extent in order to make the sale happen !!!!!

I was 1200 miles away and Celine managed the contractors needed to restore and clean the property so it was ready to sell. 2 weeks later it was sold . I’m very happy with her service and her abilities, the close the deal!!
