Rom was exceptional in helping us find our home in Highland Lakes, Palm Harbor, Fl. He was knowledgeable of the area, and always kept in mind what our wants and needs were. He never made us feel as though we were taking too much of his time,even though it did take months to find the right home. He always answered our phone calls and emails within hours and sometimes, minutes. When we finally did find it, he didn't stop there. He was ready with contacts for us to call for improvements we wanted to make to the property and in some cases he called them personally for us. He went the extra mile by showing us around the area, including restaurants and shopping areas. We have never met a more honest and sincere realtor who made our home search his top priority. When looking for a home in Spring Hill, Thomas was the agent assigned to me through Century 21. I sent him several listings on short notice, and he drove around with me all day until I found the right home. He encouraged me all the way through very difficult contractual terms, and he never let up until I got my new home. He will always be aces to me. He attended the initial walk through with the inspector, and attended the final walk through as well. I can say he worked his tail off to make my dream a reality.
