It is difficult to work with a large corporation, but for us, it was easy because Clementine did all of the hard parts like communicating with right contact in the company and negotiating through the needed concessions. The home is older and Clementine got Open Door to replace the roof and the outdated, recalled electrical panel on top of some monetary concessions. We could not have bought the house in our dream location without Clementine!
