Kristin was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was great finding at multitude of homes within our price range in varying locations around Pinellas County. Eventually once we found one we fell in love with and she helped us put in two offers both on a very tight schedules working day and well into the night to help us through the process all the way to closing. She did such a great job connecting us to very reputable lenders and insurance agents who were all a pleasure to work with throughout the process. She was always available and incredibly responsive. I would urge, not just recommend, anyone to work with her for a home sale or purchase. She truly made the whole experience as stress-free as possible.

We hired Michele to list our condominium and help us find our forever home. She was very thorough in her explanation of the listing process, reviewed comps with us and coordinated all the necessary vendors. Our condo went under contract within a few days. Michele was readily available whenever we had questions or needed guidance. Very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. We are scheduled to close on our new dream home in less than 2 weeks!!!

The Yingling Team was absolutely amazing to work with purchasing our new home. Bill has lived in central and southwest Florida for many years giving him valuable knowledge of the area, as well as the best people and companies to partner with for various services that might be needed with a purchase of a new home. From first communication to closing and beyond, they were right there for us. You will not be disappointed in working with the Yingling Team for your real estate needs
