I’m an out-of-town first time investor who relied on my agent to be knowledgeable and responsive to questions about the market I was unfamiliar with. Krystal FAR exceeded my expectations! She went above and beyond her duties to provide me reports and information (I.e., permits, taxes, HOA requirements, insurance) so there were no surprises during this process. She was extremely available and dedicated herself to me for showings when I arrived in town for one short week. She negotiated on my behalf, listened and respected all of my wants, needs and requests. which saved me thousands of dollars when we finally went under contract! I’ve conducted several real estate transactions over the years, and have never had such a dedicated agent standing behind me. She is an amazing professional and I cannot recommend her enough!!
