Javy was extremely responsive to what we needed every step of the way! His knowledge of the area was helpful since we are new to the area. Since we are a military family, we were using a VA loan. Javy is also a veteran and was extremely knowledgeable about VA loans and the needs of military families in the area. When we found our dream home, he knew precisely what our offer should be and how to present it. We got the house $30,000 under asking and the seller paid some towards ours closing costs! He recommended a great person to handle our mortgage and helped to make sure that we closed on the date we needed. He made sure everyone was working quickly towards our goal. Buying a home is stressful, but I’m so glad we had Javy to guide us through the process!

Cami is possibly the best Realtor we have ever used and we have owned many many properties over the last 30+ years. He is knowledgeable, dependable, honest. When you call him, he gets back to you almost immediately. He has his finger on the pulse of the industry and absolutely know his profession.
