As a first-time homebuyer, I was pleased to have Gouzel Kash negotiating on my behalf. I was very happy with the sales contract and appreciated the time she took to show me different properties as I explored my options in a few different towns in Tampa Bay area. The end result was a great townhouse at a great price and awesome location. Because of her now I live in nice, safe, and friendly area.
