We have had the privilege to work with Selma on the sale of three of our properties. Our experience started when she came in to save us on a flip after moving on from our current realtor. Selma actively searched for interested buyers literally pulling people through our property. She was able to get more eyes on the property in two weeks then we had the first two and a half months with another realtor. In the end, she found a buyer that was willing to pay full asking. The success continued on the next two sells in a slow market in the Tampa area. We sold both homes at full asking at a price mark that challenged the current market. Selma just continued to go above and beyond throughout the process and has a personality that makes people want to gravitate to her.
