She is extremely professional, organized, informative, knowlegable, reliable, timely, trustful and heart warming. There was NEVER one time in our process, that I not in the `loop'. I knew everything that was going on from start to finish. We closed on our house last Thursday 4/28/22, all because Joy and her hard work.
