Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring and Stern when needed. Any time of the day I needed her she was right there to answer any and every question/concerns, even my repeated ones lol. Jammie made this process a breeze for me and I’m so thankful for her services! She even surprised my children with a welcome home gift of a big beautiful trampoline in our new back yard , which they love so much . She definitely did her black girl magic 🪄. Extra-ordinary! Pam listens to what you are looking for and doesn't stop until she finds exactly what you want. Her knowledge of the Palm Coast area is over the top! She works hard not only to find you the perfect home but at the best price. She knows how to get things done and is so professional in everything she does. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a new home and for selling the old one. My husband and I have moved many times, and have used Pam to help us with a few of our moves. She is by far the best of the best. She listens to your wants, hears the things you don't want and feels the pains of moving with you. This time she even helped us find a realtor in North Carolina to help us sell our home so we could make the move happen sooner. She goes above and beyond to get the job done. After closing, some realtors walk away - but she checks in to make sure we know of the many savings we can acquire in the state of Florida. She provides support as we navigate a new community. Her help has been more than help, it has been a blessing. Knowing that we have all things covered and if not, she is there to remind us. Leana was very helpful ,polite,and knowledgeable. She walk me through every aspect from taking the beautiful pictures and getting them listed,having patience and understanding about how the market changes and listing the house to sale at market value price, from dealing with potential buyers and the buyer realtor, she walked me threw every aspect and explain the process thoroughly, Would highly recommend and will be using Ms Leana for my upcoming project…..p.s it sold over the asking price Thank you again Ms Leana
