Nancy did a great job guiding us through our selling process. There cannot be any question of her knowledge and expertise in real estate transactions. Her guidance to us in the sale of our home was exceptional. I would highly recommend her as an agent in selling and/or buying real estate.

We are so glad we chose Marilin to help us with our search. She knows the area very well, and, once we gave her our requirements, she immediately went to work to find us prospective homes. We appreciate that she always availed herself for a showing, many times spending most of her day with us as we checked out several houses. Marilin was always there to mediate between us — during the initial (and second) viewing, the inspection, the follow-up repairs, and the virtual signing of the closing documents. There is usually something that always comes up, which is beyond anyone’s control, which screws up transactions, why should this case be any different? The good news is that it was no fault of Cathy’s , and completion will occur in the near future hopefully.
