Chris was such a blessing throughout our home buying process! As first time buyers, we had so many questions/concerns and he addressed them all, never once making us feel like a burden. He was extremely communicative, kind, and always gave his honest opinion whenever we became stuck on a decision. It took me awhile to write this simply because I wanted to make sure I had the best words possible, I moved to Florida after living in the same place for 28 years and while this adventure has been terrifying Don made finding my first place the easiest and greatest experience of my life. He was kind and understood exactly what I wanted, and was always very quick to respond. He is very experienced and it makes this whole process a lot easier. He even made it easier on my parents who naturally were concerned for their youngest. He was a fantastic realtor, and he’s a fantastic man. I’d highly recommend him.

My husband and I had a great experience with Amire in purchasing our new home. Amire was on top of things and explained everything to us including explaining about HOA and CDD fees as well as pointing out flood zone areas and what that would mean for insurance. She was right there setting up home viewings and writing up bids as we needed.
