Thank you, Susan! You were always available to answer our questions and showed us houses quickly. Your real estate acumen and knowledge was evident! We appreciate your honesty and help with the purchase of our home.

Susan Najar went far beyond being our realtor—she genuinely cared about our family and supported us through every step. Her expertise and industry connections helped coordinate repairs that saved us thousands of dollars, and she was available whenever we needed her, even after 10 PM, to keep everything moving. Susan negotiated fiercely and strategically, always protecting our interests and working toward the best possible outcome. Her attention to detail was equally impressive. During our new-build inspections, she caught issues we never would have noticed, from tiny tile imperfections and pinholes to insulation problems and construction details. She made sure every concern was properly addressed. What made Susan truly special was the personal care she brought to the entire experience. We never felt like clients or another transaction. She took the time to understand what mattered to us, supported every decision, and made sure we were genuinely happy in our home. By the end, she felt like family—and we loved her right back. Her thoughtful, luxurious housewarming gifts were another reflection of how well she knew us and how much heart she puts into her work. Susan’s knowledge, negotiating skills, diligence, connections, and genuine care are unmatched. She is the realtor we would never buy or sell a home without. ❤️

Her dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care made the entire experience exceptional. What truly sets her apart is that her support didn’t stop at closing. She continues to help us as we settle in and make our new house feel like home, which speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. She is, without a doubt, the best realtor we have ever worked with, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We started this journey looking for a realtor, and we came out of it with a beautiful new home and a friend for life. We are incredibly grateful for everything she has done for our family!
