My husband and I were introduced to Nancy, and to be honest neither one of us had high hopes (from bad past experiences with other agents). Boy were we wrong! Little did we know, Nancy was going to be GOD SENT for us through an extremely tumultuous buying experience. We started out viewing several homes, but chose to settle on a new construction which we thought was going to be smooth sailing. From the initial walk through Nancy was able to identify issues of concern, and immediately became a strong advocate for us. Our builder, Highland Homes, attempted to cut corners and push to close on a home that not only had cosmetic issues but most importantly had a bad roof! Nancy was able to recommend the BEST home Inspector Derle from Handy Vet Inspections to conduct a thorough inspection which revealed serious issues with the roof. On Nancy's direction, a total of 4 inspections were conducted and these issues were escalated to the VPs of both Sales and Marketing. With the detailed information from the Inspector and Nancy's persistence, the builder was forced to acknowledge ALL of the issues and completely remove and REPLACE the roof (on a brand new home). None of this would have EVER been possible without NANCY! Nancy is not only our Agent, but she is now family! We are so grateful for the work she has done. She saved us thousands of dollars and prevented us from being manipulated by a large builder. We trust her emphatically and have asked her to sell our townhouse. Nancy seems to have an endless amount of real estate knowledge and resources. Nancy is not just working for a commission, she actually cares about the work she is doing, and matching people with the perfect home.
