Margaret has the patience of a saint. My husband and I really didn't know where we wanted to live. She showed us houses all over. We even changed our mind on a house. She probably hated us at times. She never showed it. She kept showing us everything she could. We finally found the perfect place. She helped us get inspection and repair people to negotiate A fair deal. She even had to find paperwork for the seller who wasn't even her client to help us close. Like I said Margaret Reyes goes above and beyond!!!

We explained to Dave the type of property that we were looking for. Immediately, he told us the pros and cons of each area that we were thinking about. He soon had several properties lined up for us to visit. Dave is an open and happy person, always willing to share the knowledge of his trade. He guided us carefully through some difficult times, always re-assuring us that if one property didn't work out, there were always others. Of course he was right. If you are looking for an Agent who is knowledgeable, enjoys helping his clients, and only wants the best for them, meet Dave, he won't let you down.

Communication and professionalism were excellent
