Keri was helpful with our home search but excelled in the contracting process acting as intermediator between us, the buyer, and the seller. She advised us in the negotiating and the entire after-contract period. I would recommend Keri as an experienced realty representative.

We chose Roseann not just from a referral but also because of her connections. We didn’t realize just how important her connections would be, given that we were selling a house in Florida while living in New York. Roseann acted as a general contractor to hire a her contacts with a roofer, a handyman, a painter, an HVAC contractor, a pool repairman, an electrician, a golf cart salesperson, and a team of gardeners in order to get the house in a like new condition and find a buyer and take care of anything noted from the buyers inspection - all of her connections charged half of what I expected. I honestly do not think any other realtor would have acted as a general contractor to this extent in order to make the sale happen !!!!!

Leeroy’s communication throughout the sales process was excellent. This started with a session to better understand what our goals, expectations, and needs were. Leeroy helped us develop realistic sales plan and kept us apprised throughout the process, sharing feedback from realtors who showed the property. We also received regular feedback and encouragement throughout the process. We felt the sales presentation and photos accurately represented the property. Overall, a very positive experience.

Melissa did a great job getting my condo sold at a good price. There were several external factors (market, disorganized HOA, oddball tenants in other units, to name a few) but Melissa was diligent in marketing the unit and working around them. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great understanding of the Pinellas market, whether it's beach properties or something in a neighborhood. I can't recommend her highly enough!
