We had two separate realtors before working with Garrett (Kenneth). They were all gung-ho to help us, they would send us a bunch of listings, and then never follow up with anything. So weird and frustrating. Then we decided to try again and found Garrett. He immediately gathered info about the properties we were interested in and answered all our questions in a couple days, not weeks. And as a local with a lot of connections, he was able to get a few things estimated and fixed for us and the sellers to keep things moving after inspection. Anthony is very knowledgeable about the Ocala-area realty market. We called him on short notice, and told him that we needed to find a new home ASAP since our current home was sold. Caren was responsive and timely. she helped find contractors to clean and move, as well as checking the house frequently because ours was a remote sale.
