Veronica is very honest and she explains the whole process and what to expect without any hidden agendas. It was refreshing to see someone that is honest considering a bad experience we had prior to our home purchase. We are very happy in our new home and working with Veronica! We highly recommend her!

Michelle communicated with me and my two sisters every step of the way devising a comprehensive contract, keeping in touch with us with every step she took and keeping us feeling comfortable that we were in good hands with her knowledge of real estate, negotiation skills and how to stage a home to sell. She always went that extra mile to ensure the best deal would be captured.

I did nothing in this deal. Tina did all the work and didn’t overload me with communications talk about hands-free. Tina did everything. She actually got more money than I thought she could get definitely will use her again in the future.

Yolanda and José were very generous. They oriented us and helped us get the house offer. They kept us up to date on the property construction, and even gave us some presents at the property closing.

Listing my property with Flat Rate Realty was a great experience. Stephen was prompt and professional. They made all the listing updates quickly and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend them.

We were so fortunate to have Mrs. Scantling as our realtor. Her kindness, guidance, extensive knowledge, availability, but most of all her patience let us know just how professional she was during the challenging time of the purchase of our place during the COVID-19 virus. We appericate her for the journey of finding our dream home. We could not have completed it in a timely manner without her and we are grateful.
