She is the best agent ever. When you want to buy a house and don't know where to start, call Yasneliz; she's the best in Florida. She gets the best for you and helps you with everything. She was extremely patient, dedicated, and diligent. She helped me get the house of my dreams.

I did nothing in this deal. Tina did all the work and didn’t overload me with communications talk about hands-free. Tina did everything. She actually got more money than I thought she could get definitely will use her again in the future.

Yolanda and José were very generous. They oriented us and helped us get the house offer. They kept us up to date on the property construction, and even gave us some presents at the property closing.

Listing my property with Flat Rate Realty was a great experience. Stephen was prompt and professional. They made all the listing updates quickly and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend them.

We were so fortunate to have Mrs. Scantling as our realtor. Her kindness, guidance, extensive knowledge, availability, but most of all her patience let us know just how professional she was during the challenging time of the purchase of our place during the COVID-19 virus. We appericate her for the journey of finding our dream home. We could not have completed it in a timely manner without her and we are grateful.
