Sharon has many great qualities as a real estate agent. For me she closed the deal with me being back home in Canada. Dealing with FIRPTA and several improvements that house inspector recommended, I cannot thank her enough. I got a fair price and recommend her highly. I think and hope the buyer is happy too.

Not much impresses me, but the way that Peter handled a very complex and very delicate situation between myself and my ex husband was nothing short of a miracle. For those of you that have ever had to do business with your former spouse after a nasty divorce, this probably resonates. Peter managed to play both sides fairly and effectively.
