Our first phone call lasted over an hour, during which Sherri devoted considerable time to communicating with me. She listened to me intently and allowed me to "feel like I truly mattered," not just a buyer, but a person looking to find her "forever home." Sherri and the team went above and beyond, closely working with the seller's agent to help me secure the home I had desired. It was a win-win for both the buyer and the seller. My Dad owned a real estate business and always said, sometimes, within reason, you just need to give the seller exactly what they are asking for. I did this on this property and made the offer for the exact asking price. This, for me, turned out to be invaluable as Sherri was able to work with the listing agent and the seller to complete repairs that the inspection revealed were needed to allow my homeowners to write my policy. Everyone worked together with the same end goal: to sell a property on one side and buy a property on the other side. I don't feel it would have gone this smoothly had I come in at a lower offer. Sherri and Erin were there with my gazillion questions and always got back to me in an efficient, professional timely manner.  Buying a home is not something you do every day, and you want someone who will be in your corner, reveal things you may not even be thinking of, and help you like a friend would.
