As a family that was new to Florida but didn't know anyone we were really lucky to work with Michael Bartley. In the search for the perfect home for us we probably viewed about 25 plus houses. They were in multiple counties and one of them was even several hours away. Michael did everything he could to help us, he drove to all these houses, he had information about each one, and intelligently answer all of our questions. We made offers on several houses and unfortunately every one of those deals fell through even though we did everything right. Michael continued to work with us and was always available by phone, email, or text to help us even on the weekends and we were finally able to locate the house that we purchased. The seller of our home was from out of state as was the real estate agent, but Michael did everything that needed to be done in order for the process to be smooth for us.
