We chose Roseann not just from a referral but also because of her connections. We didn’t realize just how important her connections would be, given that we were selling a house in Florida while living in New York. Roseann acted as a general contractor to hire a her contacts with a roofer, a handyman, a painter, an HVAC contractor, a pool repairman, an electrician, a golf cart salesperson, and a team of gardeners in order to get the house in a like new condition and find a buyer and take care of anything noted from the buyers inspection - all of her connections charged half of what I expected. I honestly do not think any other realtor would have acted as a general contractor to this extent in order to make the sale happen !!!!!

Vicki handled the sale of our parent's home after our mother passed away. It was the home in which my sister, two brothers, and I grew up so it was a difficult, but necessary thing to do. VIcki handled the emotions of the situation with compassion and caring, but also kept us focused on the things we needed to do to prepare the home for sale. She did a terrific market analysis, made a well-supported case for the price she recommended, and helped us stage the home to increase it's appeal. She also handled all negotiations with the buyer. Her attention to detail and responsiveness is absolutely top-notch. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. I've bought/sold 5 homes in my lifetime and she was the best realtor, by far, that I've worked with.
