We have worked with a few realtors over the years, but none compare to Kevin Delaini. It started with a meeting in the home we needed to sell and he took it from there. His advice and guidance led to a sold sign in the front yard in just 6 days. Kevin's knowledge of the market, understanding of the (often complicated) process and open communication are unmatched. I now maintain a personal friendship with Bob Galbo and he feels like an old family friend we've known for years. The most impressive attribute is that he is selfless,in that he stood to make more money in commissions if we purchased a more expensive home,but Bob advised us against it due to the fact that the purchase was not in our best interest.
