She knows the market and is very good at explaining things to people like myself who did not have a lot of knowledge on the subject. She backs up all of her advise with examples and she is always available to explain or discuss anything you might need help with. I was in NY while the house was on the market and she was always able to go beyond expectations to help out in any way she could. She was very professional and friendly. Bobbi Jo was amazing from the beginning. She knew what we should offer so the counter offer would come back where we wanted.
