We were given Kim's name about 4-5 days before we made our trim to Tampa. When we spoke, she was very knowledgeable and lived in the area we were looking at. She had made a list of potential homes that added to the list we wanted to see. She did her homework regarding waterways and access, for we were looking waterfront. Found the house we wanted, put in an offer, and found out that evening that it was accepted. Smoothest transaction ever! We had to leave but Kim took care of everything, including inspection. When we were ready to enter the market they met with us and reviewed our expectations and then we were able to come up with a price that we felt was realistic and placed the condo on the market. During the process they also explained how they would market the condo. They also were extremely helpful in removing personal affects that we were unable to attend too as we were back in Canada. The whole process was smooth and once we received an offer they were very helpful and made us comfortable during the negotiation process prior to closing. During the closing process they were helpful in determining a closing agent. The closing went very smooth and the whole process was very smooth.
