Ronald Smith of Keller Williams did an outstanding job as our listing agent for the sale of our home in Englewood, Florida. From start to finish Ron nailed every aspect of the home selling process for us. He provided expert advice and guidance regarding the current housing market and correct pricing of our home in accordance with market conditions. Ron also handled our property photography, aerial drone footage and a highly professional digital mapping of our house. The results were truly stunning! We received numerous positive comments on our house from prospective buyers. He also expertly managed over 30 showings of our home over a three-day period which resulted in more than ten offers! We received several offers that were well over our asking price. Our house sold in just three days due to the hard work and dedication of Ron Smith. It was indeed a joy to work with Ron. He continuously kept us informed and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Ron has the experience and knowledge to lead anyone through the selling and buying process. I can easily and confidently provide my highest possible recommendation for Ronald Smith to anyone out there looking for a no hassle approach and “easy-to-work-with” style of real estate agent. We could not be happier with the results. Thanks again Ron and a job well done! Bravo Zulu! Warmest Regards, Steve & Mina Sumner

We have worked with a few realtors over the years, but none compare to Kevin Delaini. It started with a meeting in the home we needed to sell and he took it from there. His advice and guidance led to a sold sign in the front yard in just 6 days. Kevin's knowledge of the market, understanding of the (often complicated) process and open communication are unmatched. If we find ourselves needing a realtor again there is NO doubt it will be Kevin we call.

In the past we purchased a home with Kim as our agent. It was an easy decision to have her list our house as we had a good experience. Kim is very responsive, thorough, honest and works for you as a buyer or seller. Additionally Kim offers advice and guidance when needed due to her knowledge and experience. I would not hesitate to recommend her to be your agent.

I can’t say enough good things about LisA. This was my first homebuying experience, and I was extremely nervous and unsure of the process. She took me by the hand and walked me through the entire process. I couldn’t speak more highly of her. She was wonderful and so were all the people that were connected with her.
