Kathryn was very professional. She answered all of our questions. She advised us how to stage each room for the right presentation. We were thrilled with the end results. She is sweet and personable and gives it her all. She is not just our realtor, she became our friend. We appreciate all she did for us.

I have conducted multiple reat estate transactions with Mary Beth Elliot over the past 10 years. She is the perfect example/model of the ideal agent: thoroughly informed of her market and market segments; prompt and efficient when negotiating; able to offer very insightful short and long- term perspectives on real estate purchases; intentionally considerate of the needs and legal rights/expectations of all parties involved; generous when hosting open houses with her team; gracious in her social skills; and consummate when attending to the detailed preparations for contract closings. I highly recommend Mary Beth to clients with serious intentions and the same high ethical standards to which Mary Beth holds herself in all aspects of her life. Dr. Ted Anders, Ocala, Florida

Lisa Eichenblatt was recommened by a friend and from the get go I knew she was a perfect match. Lisa is a great listner and through the whole preocess of selling my home and finding a new home the communication was effortless. Lisa went above and beyond in helping me through the entire process, I highly recommend her honesty and work ethic.

Joe did a great job getting our house sold in a very tough market

Having moved multiple times, with total confidence I can say, Cheryl is the best agent I have ever worked with. I “interviewed” 3 realtors and as soon as I met with Cheryl, I was impressed with not only her professionalism but her enthusiasm about being entrusted with the sale of my home. Her marketing techniques are superb. She listened to my concerns and together we set realistic expectations. Cheryl communicated through every step of the listing, showings, contract proposals, closing, and even followed up to make sure I had not had any issues with my out of state purchase. If you are looking for a true professional in the real estate industry- look no further. Cheryl is the realtor of choice.

We worked with Tricia Aungst for both selling our home and buying a villa. The words that come to mind include: professional, effective, genuine, caring, and so many more. We are more than 100% happy with her services and her personality, kindness, and willingness to do whatever it takes for our successful contracts. Great Realtor! Great Person!
