She made sure we knew what was going to happen during each step of our home buying process and made herself available to us at all times to make sure we were aware of what was happening and what to expect. She scoured the listings and helped us get into a fantastic house, at a reasonable price, in less than a month! We couldn't be happier with our experience!

We chose Roseann not just from a referral but also because of her connections. We didn’t realize just how important her connections would be, given that we were selling a house in Florida while living in New York. Roseann acted as a general contractor to hire a her contacts with a roofer, a handyman, a painter, an HVAC contractor, a pool repairman, an electrician, a golf cart salesperson, and a team of gardeners in order to get the house in a like new condition and find a buyer and take care of anything noted from the buyers inspection - all of her connections charged half of what I expected. I honestly do not think any other realtor would have acted as a general contractor to this extent in order to make the sale happen !!!!!

I would highly recommend Ms. Leslie for all of your real estate needs!!! She had great knowledge of the market we were dealing with. She kept in constant contact with me during our whole time trying to sell this house. She had the listing out there for all to see!!! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cousin's house!!!
