We had a fantastic experience working with Courtney Branch during the sale of our family home. Courtney was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process and always took the time to explain each step, which gave us a lot of confidence. She went above and beyond by providing beautiful décor that truly made the home feel extra special and stand out to buyers. On top of that, she put a tremendous amount of effort into advertising the home on social media, which clearly paid off. From start to finish, the overall experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would absolutely recommend Courtney to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Stacy was an amazing realtor. This me and my husband’s first time buying a house and she was amazing through every step in this process. She made sure to explain everything as throughly as possible so we could understand what we’re signing or agreeing to. She’s fantastic at her job and knows how to communicate effectively and she is also very caring. I will definitely recommend her to anyone in my life that I know is looking to buy a home.

Sue is hands down one of the most knowledgeable realtors that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I listed my house with her back in May of 2025 with a handful of conditions due to our circumstance which i did not think would sell in time. With her guidance and her network of support i was able to close a month sooner than expected with an extra 23k than I originally expected. I wouldn't want anyone else in my corner than Sue Mosley.
