We “hit a home run” when we asked Kathy Joshi to help us find a home in Weybourne Landing in Ocala, Florida. Kathy just happened to answer the phone when we were looking for someone to help us find a place to live in On Top of the World. Kathy met me at her real estate office on May 5th to find out what kind of house we were interested in. She already had 7 houses ready for showing. By 1:00PM I had found the right house. On May 6th she presented a contract to the seller, and the rest was history! She held my hand through the entire process and contacted me frequently to see how I was doing and did I have questions or need help. She explained every document and made sure I signed and got everything done on a timely basis. Kathy has a bubbly personality and kept the atmosphere light and constantly reassured me that it was all going well through the process. We closed out on the house we sold in Marietta, Georgia on May 29th, moved out of our Georgia home , and headed to Ocala on May 30th. On June 8, we closed on our new home in Weybourne Landing. Kathy made our move and transition easy. The closing was a breeze! We moved into our new home on June 10th. It couldn’t have gone smoother.
