This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

Very responsive, knowledgeable, easy to contact and good to get along with. Chase was referred by friends of ours who also found him to be an exceptional realtor. We agree! He did any excellent job for us also. Highly recommend.

We worked with Carol to find our "new home" and found her to be very knowledgeable, hardworking and trustworthy - Thank you Carol!!

Sean just handled my Moms estate sale of her house. I live out of state and didn’t even know where to begin. I found Sean very helpful. He went above and beyond helping to get things settled. I hold him in the Highest of regards. Very fair and knowledgeable. Always responded quickly to any questions I had.

She went above and beyond showing me places and gave me areas that I wasn’t even looking at to give me a better understanding of the area since I am new, which I appreciated greatly

Market knowledge is very good!
