When we were ready to enter the market they met with us and reviewed our expectations and then we were able to come up with a price that we felt was realistic and placed the condo on the market. Lindsey made the buying process simple and streamlined. She showed us the property, and forwarded our offer to the seller's realtor. And she successfully faced down several points by the seller's realtor that were certainly in the seller's best interest, bit not in our best interest. She presented our counter offer with an accompanying rationale that resulted in the acceptance of our offer ! Lindsey was accessible throughout the bidding process, as well as present at the home inspection...and was helpful with presenting options for service personnel to help us with estimates. Lindsey was with us up to and including the closing. A charming young woman who is dedicated to her work and her clients.
