Generally, had a very good experience with Mandy Mapp, whom I'd known previously as she had arranged my condo lease and was previously a tenant in my condo. This was my first experience in selling a home, so I have no point of comparison, but Mandy was responsive, pleasant, and made the effort to get answers when she didn't have them immediately.

Cari is a remarkable agent who has supported and guided us through one challenge after another that came with this particular investment property. We live out of state and her communication style/response time has been top-notch - with going above and beyond to accommodate timezone differences. Her market insights were detailed and we appreciate that she always provided a full picture of the current scenario that allowed us to make decisions that worked best for our specific needs. Cari demonstrated impressive skills interacting with HOA and property management. I did nothing in this deal. Tina did all the work and didn’t overload me with communications talk about hands-free. Tina did everything. She actually got more money than I thought she could get definitely will use her again in the future.

Kim has taken me through 4 buy and sell home experiences. She has such a broad knowledge of the ins and outs of real estate markets and makes the client's decision making so much clearer. During the times the homes were for sale, she personally went to the property to check for any problems, bought items she felt improved the property and was excellent in her communications.
