She took the time to really get to know us, understand our vision, and then went out and found homes that matched our family’s needs. I had never met her in person before the day I flew in to tour homes with her, yet it felt like I’d known her for years. When I wasn’t able to fly down, she personally walked through homes taking detailed videos and photos so I could truly get a feel for the property, even from a thousand miles away. The home we ended up purchasing was one I hadn’t seen in person before making the decision. That’s how much trust I put in Holly! She walked it, felt it was the one for us, and made sure I had everything I needed to feel confident in signing. She earned that level of trust through her dedication and personable nature. She truly invested herself into helping us find the right home. I honestly can’t thank or recommend her highly enough. He knows all the developments in the area and can tell you which ones are built with sub-par construction or which are in flood zones. He doesn’t want to just sell you a house—he wants to make sure you’re in a good, solid house that checks all the boxes. In addition, Bob went above and beyond the usual obligations for a real estate agent. We didn’t just go to contract and then he forgot about the sale until closing—he saw an opportunity after the contract was signed and renegotiated a lower price. He was truly helpful throughout the whole buying process, finding competent businesses to work with, helping set up utilities, etc. If you’re looking for a super-knowledgeable, super-nice and helpful person for your real estate agent, someone who really cares about his clients, I highly recommend Bob—he’s a pro!
