Sue is hands down one of the most knowledgeable realtors that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I listed my house with her back in May of 2025 with a handful of conditions due to our circumstance which i did not think would sell in time. With her guidance and her network of support i was able to close a month sooner than expected with an extra 23k than I originally expected. I wouldn't want anyone else in my corner than Sue Mosley.

Ralph was very helpful in reviewing the purchase agreement and in making suggestions for addendum. He was accessible and responsive. He was very open to answering any questions and consulting us accordingly.

She advocated for us every step of the way no matter how big or small our concerns were or what time of day they came up. Knowing she was in our corner made an incredibly stressful process so much easier. I truly can't imagine there is a realtor more meticulous, passionate, or dedicated than Karen. If we ever decide to sell our home there is no question who we'll be calling. We can't thank her enough for everything she did for us and we recommend her without hesitation.
