Leake, REALTOR®, SRES®, is Midwest born and raised but now thrilled to call SWFL her permanent home. Prior to Melinda's real estate career, she spent over 30 years in global finance. She brings a unique perspective and wealth of knowledge to the world of real estate. Having lived in various large cities she's a seasoned expert in buying, selling, staging, and moving. Her colleagues describe her as cool under pressure, focused, responsible, and accountable... known for a methodical approach, outstanding character, and welcoming demeanor. Kelly Henderson, REALTOR®, SRES® (Senior Real Estate Specialist), is a Native Floridian who has lived in Southwest Florida for almost 30 years. She is known for her professional standards with 100% commitment. Kelly and Melinda are exceptional or as we affectionately call them “The Dynamic Duo”

Kelly and Melinda are an exceptional Team. They are very knowledgeable, professional and really understand the market, with awesome predictability. They were always quick to respond when we had questions or needed to get a hold of them for anything. They conducted frequent open houses to ensure our home got the exposure it needed. They were always upbeat, very pleasant, never acted like they were under pressure to sell and never pressured us to dropping prices etc. They were very patient, and remained calm under pressure. They did everything within their power to ensure our deal went through and although we got a little discouraged towards the end, they continued to motivate us and keep things positive.

Melinda was excellent

Belinda took care of everything for me. I did not have to be there at the closing and she made sure the house was clean thoroughly before my arrival. She was always available when I had any questions. I recommend her very highly.

Outstanding

We were in the area Thanksgiving week and decided to look for houses. Many realtors would snarl because of it being a holiday. Not Melinda! Even though she was hosting her family she took the time to work us into her busy schedule. She showed us several homes and we found the perfect one. She is very cheerful and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to work with her

I would only use Kelly and her team if moving to SWFL

Kelly and Melinda, helped me through a really tough time and a difficult market. They offered knowledgeable insight and were transparent about the whole process. If I had to move to SWFL again, Kelly and her team would be the ONLY person I would call.
