Kelly and Melinda are an exceptional Team. They are very knowledgeable, professional and really understand the market, with awesome predictability. They were always quick to respond when we had questions or needed to get a hold of them for anything. They conducted frequent open houses to ensure our home got the exposure it needed. They were always upbeat, very pleasant, never acted like they were under pressure to sell and never pressured us to dropping prices etc. They were very patient, and remained calm under pressure. They did everything within their power to ensure our deal went through and although we got a little discouraged towards the end, they continued to motivate us and keep things positive.

Belinda took care of everything for me. I did not have to be there at the closing and she made sure the house was clean thoroughly before my arrival. She was always available when I had any questions. I recommend her very highly.
